Delete your data

Safe Kid has no accounts. The only information held outside the device belongs to Achievement World, and only if a grown-up joined it.

From the app (immediate)

1. Open Safe Kid and choose Menu → Grown-ups.
2. Answer the grown-up question.
3. Under Achievement World, choose Leave and delete online data and confirm.

This deletes the nickname, the score and the certificate from our server at once. The certificate link stops working. Stickers on the device are kept; use Clear all progress on the same screen to remove those too.

Without the app

If the app has been uninstalled, write to hello@safekid.tulx.app with the certificate number (it looks like SK-7F3K9-QX2MB and is printed on the certificate) and we will delete the certificate and its ranking entry within 30 days. Without a certificate there is nothing that links an entry to you: it is only a random nickname and a score.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: nickname, animal picture, sticker count, score, certificate name, certificate number and dates.
• Kept: nothing. Backup copies of the database are deleted within 30 days.
