How does my child get a certificate?

By finishing every lesson — all 272 stickers. Then a grown-up opens Menu → Grown-ups → Achievement World, types the name to show, and the app gives a safekid.tulx.app link to print or share. The Achievement World screen shows how many stickers are still to find.

How is the score worked out?

Ten points for each finished lesson. It does not matter how many tries a lesson took, and points are never taken away for an answer.

Why does my child have an animal name?

So that no child's real name appears in the rankings. The server picks the nickname; a grown-up can swap it for another in the Grown-ups area.

The rankings say they are resting

Rankings need an internet connection. Lessons, stickers and the score all work without one, and the rankings catch up the next time the app is online.

I can't hear the voice in my language

Safe Kid uses the voices installed on the device. Add a voice for your language in the device's text-to-speech settings.

A certificate has the wrong name

Save it again with the right name in the Grown-ups area. The link stays the same.
